How They're Made part 1
“How do you make these?” is a question that we’re often asked. It’s not easy, which we found out after coming up with the idea to incorporate graphical images into our patented rotor designs.
The first thing that we do, is to sketch up an idea with a pencil and paper. This is the only low-tech part of the process.
Next, we do some CAD work using the latest and best software available.
It takes a while to get it right. It has to look right, and it has to work. We
won’t get too much into that part, but while we’ve gotten pretty good at it,
it often takes many iterations before we go to manufacturing.
